Hatching Pete

Pete Ivey (Jason Dolley) will be the kind of guy who's easily over looked at the school halls -- including his boisterous best friend, Cleatus Poole (Mitchel Musso), who's proudly carrying on the family tradition of spreading school soul as the spirited Brewster High chicken. But when an allergic attack is prompted by the costume, Poole begs Pete to simply take his place . The anonymity frees his superstar to be discovered by Pete. Trouble is, it's Poole who's getting all the attention. Meanwhile, Pete's efforts to get noticed by pretty new-girl Angel A (Josie Loren) are complicated by the very fact that she's also entranced with the mystical man at the chicken suit. Ultimately, Pete must decide if facing the potential for rejection is well worth revealing himself for what -- and who -- he is.
