Killer Pad

Three naïve guys, in their 20s, drive from Illinois into LA.. A representative gives them a wonderful bargain on a home in the Hollywood Hills. The night a solitary Mexican, that speaks only Spanish, tries to warn them that the area is owned by Satan. They do not know him, proceed in, and also plan an event after they meet their gorgeous neighbor from down the hill, Lucy. They are, joined by an older friend of theirs, studying for a priest.
