Blackstone

Blackstone is a Canadian television show, which broadcasts on Show Case and APTN. Written, created, directed and created by Canadian manufacturer Ron E. Scott, the show began filming its own eight episodes, plus an pilot, at 2010 at and around Edmonton, Alberta. The season has concluded and a third season in this show is currently in development. Blackstone follows the lives of most Indians on the Blackstone Indian book. The story is told from an Aboriginal viewpoint and according to Scott,"Blackstone is more relevant and relational in an Aboriginal story universe, together with worldwide conflicts and themes that are not only relatable to a First Nations on the market now, but also into the entire world of political and power in general. Carmen Moore, Justin Rain and nathaniel Arcand are three cast members from Blackstone who starred in the 2010 film Two Indians. Other cast members include Steven Cree Molison, Andrea Menard, Michelle Thrush, Roseanne Supernault, Eric Schweig, Ashely Callingbull, Michael Holden and Gordon Tootoosis.
