Rags follows the story of Charlie Prince, an orphan living with his stepfather and spoiled stepbrothers. Charlie's dream is to be a singer, and while he is vocally talented and can write music, he also can not seem to capture a rest. Kadee Worth, on the flip side, is a global pop happening and may be the daughter of music mogul Reginald Worth. While the entire world knows her as a superstar, she's secretly frustrated by wearing and singing other people's songs. Kadee wants the entire world to hear and see her true gift. Despite once Charlie and Kadee find one another every obstacle that gets chucked in their way, they each now get the things they have been looking for -- a voice, a point.
