Once Upon a Time in Lingjian Mountain

Wang Lu, a young genius, is the protagonist of this novel, which follows him as he joins the Spirit Blade Sect and begins on an unorthodox journey towards immortal development. The Spirit Blade Sect was founded in the year 4233 by a group of monks. It has been acclaimed as one of the five great sects of martial arts because of its long history of generating martial arts prodigies. At a time when the nine continents are in turmoil, a brilliant young man by the name of Wang Lu joins the Spirit Blade Sect and is placed under the guidance of Wang Wu. Despite Wang Wu's stunning beauty, she is hundreds of years older than she appears. She and her apprentice Wang Lu are well-known for their sharp tongues and volatile tempers, and they engage in unending squabbles as they strive to become the most powerful sage in all of the nations. Written by Xian Man Dong Man, the manga "Spirit Blade Mountain" was the inspiration for this adaptation.
